Research On The Innovation Of The Work Style Construction Of The Party’s Crassroots Cadres In The New Era

As an important part of the work style construction of the Party,the study on the work style construction of the Party ’s grassroots cadres has very important theoretical value and practical significance.The Party ’s grass-roots cadres are the backbone of the Party ’s work and policies in rural areas.Their work style directly affects the relationship between the Party and the masses,and is directly related to the Party ’s image,ruling status,the development fate of socialist cause and social harmony and stability.Therefore,this paper tries to provide some theoretical support for the scientific and systematic construction of the work style of the Party’s grassroots cadres,and also provides new ideas for the academic circles to explore and construct the theory of Party building in the new era.From the research content,this paper is divided into five parts.Chapter one,introduction.The research background and significance of this paper are analyzed,and the research contents related to this topic by other scholars are reviewed and evaluated.At the same time,the related concepts such as grassroots cadres and work style are defined,and the main research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper are expounded.The second chapter,the main conditions of the work style construction and innovation of the Party ’ s grassroots cadres in the new era.It is expounded from three parts : the background of the times,the realistic grassroots and the theoretical origin.On the one hand,from the changes of the world situation,national conditions and party situation since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper analyzes the background and realistic basis of the innovation of the work style construction of the Party ’s grassroots cadres in the new era;on the other hand,combing Marx,Engels,Lenin and the Communist Party of China successive collective leadership on the party ’ s grassroots cadres work style construction thought,and summarizes the practical path from theory to practice on strengthening the party ’s grassroots cadres work style construction.The third chapter analyzes and demonstrates the development process of the work style construction and innovation of the Party ’ s grassroots cadres in the new era.Taking the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the time node,through a series of theoretical analysis,it is divided into two historical periods,and based on this,its outstanding characteristics are further explored.The fourth chapter discusses the main contents of the work style construction and innovation of the Party ’ s grassroots cadres in the new era.After sorting out and demonstrating,it is summed up in three aspects : the innovation of goal,the innovation of educational means and the innovation of institutional mechanism.On the one hand,the innovation of the work style construction of the Party ’s grassroots cadres in the new era is realized on the basis of the theme thought of the previous Party Central Leading Group,so the innovation of the work style construction of the Party ’s grassroots cadres in the new era cannot be separated from the innovation of the basic objectives;on the other hand,the construction and innovation of the work style of the Party ’ s grassroots cadres needs to start from two aspects of education and institutional mechanisms.Therefore,it discusses in detail the specific content of the innovation of educational means and institutional mechanisms in the work style construction of grass-roots cadres in the new era.The fifth chapter analyzes the historical experience and significance of the work style construction and innovation of the Party ’ s grassroots cadres in the new era.Historical experience,from adhere to the leading role of political construction,the implementation of a comprehensive and strict party to the grass-roots extension,follow the mass line,adhere to the inheritance of tradition and innovation are discussed in five aspects;in terms of significance,the construction and innovation of the working style of the Party ’s grass-roots cadres in the new era is conducive to maintaining harmony and stability at the grass-roots level,giving full play to the fighting fortress role of grass-roots Party organizations,promoting the improvement of the Party spirit,political style and people ’s style,and providing experience in party construction for other countries in the world.
