Civil servant is the core of guarantee the state machinery working normally, and the grass-root civil servant is the operator who follows the development route of our Part, policies and regulations of our country. Grass-root civil servants’ job is to manage and coordinate each level and each work unit’s matters. They should take in charge of national policy and people’s interests seriously. Then our country has been attaching great importance to grass-root civil servants’ political accomplishment and style construction, if not, it will bring negative effect which is difficult to repair on our Party.Strengthening grass-root civil servants’ style construction can improve their working ability, enhance their moral cultivation and guard a right ideological direction. Strengthening grass-root civil servants’ style construction needs thinking, practicing and exploring constantly, and only in this way can they make the shift of style construction. Grass-root civil servant should not abuse administrative power but keep saving the people heart and soul in mind and set a positive example to the public. Studying the style construction systematically, finding out the problems and reasons and managing the way to resolve the problem make an important promoting effect on improveing the governing ability of communist party of china and the management ability of the government.This thesis focuses on finding the way to resolve the style construction problems, taking Henan province as examples, among the grass-root civil servants. The core information of the thesis is to list the advantages and explore the way to resolve them. Grass-root civil servant of Henan province can be regarded as the microcosm in china because of its large population. Besides that, this paper will analyze the connotation and the relationship between grass-root civil servant and the style construction as well as discuss the current situation of grass-root civil servants’ style construction, including the fruits they have got and the mistakes they have made to appeal to people attaching importance to the style construction.This thesis combines current political news and Henan province’s specific situation, pointing the problems among the grass-root civil servant and through the scientific way of studying the eight regulations, reverse four-style and the mass line education to resolve the problem.
