Research On Performance Evaluation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In M County Of Qinhuangdao

In the end of 2020,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty.All impoverished counties have taken off their Poverty cap,and entered the stage of rural revitalization with the main task of solving relative and secondary poverty.The work method replaces the original centralized and precise poverty alleviation strategy with a multi-dimensional comprehensive revitalization strategy.And improves the overall living standards of residents with a multi-subject and multi-angle coordination method.Performance evaluation is the most intuitive embodiment of work efficiency.Therefore,by analyzing the performance evaluation results of precision poverty alleviation in the poverty alleviation stage,summing up experience and existing problems.It provides a theoretical reference for relative poverty governance in the rural revitalization stage,and makes the use of relative poverty governance resources more efficient.This paper takes M County of Qinhuangdao as the research object,and uses literature research,field investigation,model analysis and other methods to analyze the current performance of precision poverty alleviation in M County of Qinhuangdao.The analysis found that there are still problems in the targeted poverty alleviation work in M County of Qinhuangdao City,such as poor government services,inefficient poverty alleviation industries,slow progress in social security coverage,and low levels of people’s ideological knowledge.Such problems are mainly caused by the government’s failure to maximize its functional role,government industry support policy lags behind,poor social security work foundation,and insufficient investment in education.Combining with the characteristics of relative poverty in the rural revitalization stage,countermeasures such as strengthening cooperation with social organizations,promote reform of policies to support industries,improving the social security mechanism,and optimizing the path of education assistance are proposed.Through the research of this article,it can help M County of Qinhuangdao to analyze the performance of precision poverty alleviation from multiple perspectives,analyze the performance influencing factors in a targeted manner,and pay attention to the persistence,dynamics and regional differences of relative poverty in the rural revitalization stage,and target local areas.The unique economic,cultural,geographical and other characteristics put forward suggestions for improving government work supported by theory and data,and further improve related mechanisms such as policies,industries,education,and basic guarantees.
