The Study On The Demonstration And Leading Path Of The Model Of Teachers’ Ethics In Colleges And Universities

Education is the foundation of a century-long project.Now the country is in the changing world in one hundred from the opportunities and challenges,the party and the state must pay more attention to education career,profound grasp the rare period of strategic opportunities,to speed up the pace of the construction of the high quality teacher troop,to make education power lay a solid faculty,to national socialist modernization construction to provide a steady stream of talents.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the exemplary role of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.In this thesis,while studying the important exemplary and leading role of university teachers’ moral model in the construction of education power,we further study how to effectively apply the exemplary and leading role in the practice of building high-quality teachers,and establish a new model of exemplary and leading role of university teachers’ moral model.This model can not only enrich the teacher’s ethics education research related theory,promote the university teachers team construction theory research,provide certain theoretical guidance for the high quality teacher troop construction,but also for the teachers’ team construction in colleges and universities,the implementation of strengthen moral education and cultivate people fundamental task to provide new ideas and new paths,and the new scheme in colleges and universities to create a "learning model,be role models," good atmosphere,The improvement of teachers’ quality should meet the development requirements of the national education cause,and contribute to building a strong socialist country in education and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As for the research on the exemplary and leading role of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities,previous scholars have also carried out relevant research.From the current research results,more scholars have separately studied the construction of teachers’ team in colleges and universities and the exemplary and leading role of model figures(moral model,labor model,etc.).There are few specific studies on how to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of teachers’ ethics in the construction of teachers’ team,and the studies are not comprehensive and profound.This article is written for this deficiency.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly explains the background and significance of the topic,analyzes the research status at home and abroad and the main ideas and methods of the topic research.The second chapter mainly describes the connotation,characteristics and functions of moral model as well as the theoretical basis for the demonstration and guidance of moral model by college teachers.The third chapter studies the exemplary path of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities from three aspects: selection mechanism,demonstration content and demonstration mode.The fourth chapter studies the leading path of moral model of university teachers from three aspects: system mechanism,leading content and leading way.The fifth chapter clarifies the value and enlightenment of the exemplary exemplary teaching ethics of college teachers.
