Exploration On The Management Of CPC Members Among College And University Teachers In The New Era

The management of CPC members among colleges and universities teachers is an important constituent of the Party affairs in colleges and universities. To well manage the college Party members is of basic and strategic significance for the construction of the Party, teaching, scientific research and management. Since the reform and opening up, the CPC has paid great attention to the management of college Party members and has put forward many pertinent requirements in line with the new practice and development of construction of the Party contingent among college teachers. In recent years, it has raised more and more concerns among the theoretical and academic circles and many research achievements have been published. This dissertation has made further study on the issue of management of CPC members among college and university teachers on the basis of Marxist theory on the Party construction for the working class. The dissertation also refers to the requirements of CPC on the construction of Party members among college teacher in recent years, especially during the course of advanced nature education. The author also integrates the existent research achievement with his many years of working experiences in the university.Based on the above consideration, the dissertation consists of three chapters besides the introduction.In the first chapter, the author addresses the importance of strengthening the management of CPC members among college and university teachers from three aspects: the construction of CPC in colleges and universities; the holy duty of college teachers; establishment of long-standing mechanism for advanced nature education.In Chapter Two, the author explores the new circumstances, main problems and the reasons confronted with the CPC members among college teachers under the context of rapid development of economic globalization, socialist market economy and international network.In the last chapter, the author has conclude some thoughts on how to well manage the CPC members among college and university teachers in the new era. Key theoretical views include: to strengthen the construction of the CPC leading team in colleges and universities and provide the leading premises for the management CPC members among college and university teachers; to enhance the self-construction of CPC members among college teachers and establish the organizational basis for the management CPC members among college and university teachers; to reform and improve the working mechanism of the management CPC members among college and university teachers and provide institutional guarantee for the management CPC members among college and university teachers.In general, the author makes every effort to relate the time characteristics, domestic development and practical work in the university to his analysis and exploration on the new circumstances and problems facing the management of CPC members among college and university teachers. On the other hand, the author emphasized on the construction of CPC leading team in colleges and universities, self-construction of CPC members among college teachers and the establishment of relative system and mechanism. Among those, the author divides the teacher CPC members into three parts, namely, members for political work, members for "liangke" and members for professional teaching, and discusses them respectively. Such research methods are advantageous to enhancing the pertinence of problem analysis and operational capability of countermeasures.
