Research On The Construction Of Coordination Mechanism Of Multiple Participation In The Development Of Village Collective Economy

The development and expansion of the village level collective economy is an important guarantee for achieving common prosperity,improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and achieving rural revitalization.At present,all rural joint-stock economic cooperatives can successfully accomplish the goal task of village level collective economic income,but there are also problems such as the development mainly depends on government leadership,the participation of relevant subjects is not high,cooperatives develop alone,the implementation of projects does not match the requirements of the market economy,and the lack of an effective coordinated development mechanism.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore and build a cooperative mechanism of diversified participation in the development of village level collective economy to achieve long-term,sustainable and healthy development.This paper,based on the reality of F County in Guangxi,closely focuses on how to build a collaborative mechanism for diversified participation in the development of village level collective economy,combined with the author’s long-term experience in participating in this work at the grass-roots level,through a collaborative perspective,reviews relevant literature,collects relevant working documents and cases in recent years,and obtains first-hand data in combination with field visits,interviews,and questionnaires,On this basis,it summarizes and refines the problems and causes of inadequate diversified participation,and then constructs a collaborative mechanism.Through investigation and research,combined with local development reality and specific cases in recent years,this paper analyzes from the aspects of policy system,resource integration,professional ability,communication and participation enthusiasm,and summarizes the main reasons for the lack of coordination,which are the weak concept of coordination in policy formulation,the limitations of the coordination model in industrial operation,and the insufficient training of coordination ability in talent pool The cooperative communication in joint development is not smooth enough,and the incentive policy in diversified participation is relatively lacking.Adhering to the problem orientation,the author tries to build a collaborative mechanism of multiple participation in the development of village level collective economy,and puts forward suggestions from five aspects: establishing a positive concept of policy formulation collaboration,building a deep mechanism of industrial collaborative development,building a precise mechanism of talent collaborative training,building a smooth mechanism of collaborative communication,and building a rich mechanism of collaborative incentive.
