Promoting the social credit system is an important connotation of practicing integrity,one of my country’s core socialist values.It is a major institutional requirement for the operation of the market economy,an important measure to innovate social governance,a powerful means to strengthen interim and post-event supervision,and also to improve the national social management system.and a key link in the modernization of governance capacity.The social credit system is also closely related to economic and social development.As the country enters a new era,economic development has gradually stabilized,shifting from high-speed development to higher-quality development.Building a social credit system that matches the standard of economic and community development is an major way to enhance urban development.The urgent need for competitiveness and the development of soft power is a solid guarantee to further improve the market transaction environment and reduce transaction costs caused by information asymmetry,which is of great important to advance the stable and healthy operation of the economy.With the completion of the first credit planning outline at the national level,the construction of the national credit system has achieved phased results.A unified social credit code system has been used throughout the country,the official website of "Credit China" has been launched,and a national credit information system has been established.The provincial and municipal levels have established different promotion modes,and basically formed a data collection system of "one network and three databases".During the "14th Five-Year Plan" and even 2035,the county credit system will serve as the main battlefield for the country to further promote the build of the credit system in the next step.Quality development is worth studying.Taking Mengcheng County,Bozhou City,Anhui Province as an example,this paper in-depth analysis the problems and reasons for existence in the reconstruction of the social credit system in Mengcheng County,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the build of the social credit system in Mengcheng County.Provide some reference for the development of social credit system in other counties.
