Analysis On Cross-Border Governance Mechanism And Effects Concerning Local Overseas Chinese Affairs

In the face of cross-border governance problems such as the interests and security protection of overseas Chinese,and judicial disputes between overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese,the Chinese government,especially the local overseas Chinese affairs department,has a heavy responsibility on its shoulders.This article takes the work of overseas Chinese affairs in Qingtian as the research object.The research question is what beneficial explorations have been made by Qingtian in the process of serving the vast number of overseas Chinese in the process of serving the vast number of overseas Chinese and the cross-border governance of overseas Chinese affairs.What countermeasures are there to meet the challenges and further optimize the work of overseas Chinese affairs?This article believes that Qingtian,in active practice,builds a vertical and upper-level linkage system,builds a horizontal functional department cooperation platform,and forms a cross-government level(department)governance mechanism for overseas Chinese affairs;actively guides overseas Qingtian associations and overseas Chinese organizations to participate in overseas Chinese affairs.Create a governance mechanism for overseas Chinese affairs across public and private fields;use Internet information technology to build an online service platform,break through the restrictions on the development of overseas Chinese affairs by national boundaries,and at the same time strengthen exchanges and interactions with overseas Chinese to form a cross-regional boundary governance mechanism for overseas Chinese affairs.These beneficial explorations have safeguarded the interests and safety of overseas Chinese in Qingtian.Faced with the practical challenges of carrying out overseas Chinese affairs work,this paper proposes to do a good job in joint overseas Chinese affairs work to break through the limitations of levels;strengthen team building and standardize the management of overseas Chinese groups;meet diverse needs and pay attention to key groups;strengthen the construction of supervision and retrospective mechanisms to ensure work effects.Four.Here are some countermeasures and suggestions in order to further improve the level of overseas Chinese affairs in Qingtian.
