Research On The Theory Of Overseas Chinese Affairs With Chinese Characteristics Since The New Century

As a big country of overseas Chinese Affairs,overseas Chinese are a force that can not be underestimated and play a unique role in the development of China's modernization.Since the new century,the party and the government have creatively developed the overseas Chinese affairs theory with Chinese characteristics on the basis of inheriting the United Front Theory of Marxist classic writers and the overseas Chinese Affairs thought of the central leading collective of the party in previous dynasties,In particular,Hu Jintao put forward the scientific judgment of "three great achievements" in the work of overseas Chinese affairs from the perspective of politics and strategy,profoundly expounded the unique role and historical mission of the work of overseas Chinese Affairs in the overall development of the party and the national cause,and marked that the work of overseas Chinese Affairs has entered a new stage of scientific development.At present,the theoretical study of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics is still in the initial stage.So far,the research on overseas Chinese is only an "academic discipline" and has not been included in the official discipline catalog.Based on the traditional historical research perspective,this paper closely focuses on the theme of "theory and practice of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics since the new century",from the perspective of political science and law,systematic carding and analysis from an overall perspective,adopts the methods of historical materialism and dialectics,uses the theory of Marxist united front and the principle of dual relationship,and takes the formation and development of overseas Chinese affairs theory as the main line to discuss the relationship between the party and the government in the practice of overseas Chinese affairs since the new century Based on the basic understanding of overseas Chinese Affairs,this paper systematically expounds the formation background and ideological origin of overseas Chinese affairs theory,analyzes and interprets the core content and innovative characteristics of overseas Chinese affairs theory.Throughthe analysis of practical cases of overseas Chinese Affairs,we can understand the challenges faced by overseas Chinese Affairs,and try to summarize the experience and laws in order to improve the theory of overseas Chinese Affairs and explore its future development trend.Since the new century,the core contents of the theory of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics include two service theories,overseas Chinese affairs resource theories and the overall situation of overseas Chinese Affairs.The theory of overseas Chinese Affairs has the characteristics of guiding ideology from the United Front to win-win cooperation,the development of self-restraint objects from "focusing on the older generation" to "combining the new with the old",and the shift of work focus from "focusing on domestic affairs" to "focusing on both domestic and foreign affairs".Follow the principle of "based on overseas Chinese" and "win-win cooperation".Based on the practical analysis of the theory of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics since the new century,we can conclude that the current overseas Chinese affairs are facing challenges such as the imperfect construction system of serving overseas Chinese,the lack of close emotional relationship between the new generation of Chinese and their ancestral countries,and the imperfect development mechanism of the docking between overseas Chinese Affairs and national strategies.At present,we should focus on the practical problems of overseas Chinese Affairs,deepen the understanding of its development law,take the construction of the theoretical system of overseas Chinese affairs with Chinese characteristics as the general direction,and strive to improve the awareness of serving overseas Chinese,conserving overseas Chinese Affairs Resources and overall situation.
