Research On The Course And Experience Of The CPC’s Anti-corruption Since The Reform And Opening Up

The fight against corruption is related to the long-term development of our country and has always been a key area that the Communist Party of China(CPC)attaches importance to.Since the reform and opening up,China’s various undertakings have flourished,and the fight against corruption has also made new progress.Combating the course of the CPC’s anti-corruption struggle since the reform and opening up,summing up experience and learning lessons have important historical and practical significance for promoting the construction of a clean government in China.Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has been groping forward in the struggle against corruption.In the early stage of reform and opening up(1978-1992),the Communist Party of China Central Committee led the implementation of anti-corruption and incorruptible government construction,including the rectification of the Party,the optimization of the Party’s organization,the establishment of four anticorruption and incorruptible institutions,the establishment of a basic incorruptible government system,and the active organization of combating criminal activities in the economic field;In the ten years before the construction of the socialist market economy(1992-2002),it formed a new anti-corruption direction and work direction,promoted the reform of discipline inspection and anti-corruption system,passed the Administrative Supervision Law and other rules and regulations,and established a supervision system for the reform of state-owned enterprises;At the stage of rapid economic development(2002-2012),China has established the anti-corruption strategy and policy of "tackling both the root and root causes,comprehensive rectification,punishment and prevention coexist,and paying attention to prevention",implemented a large-scale anti-corruption special struggle,and focused on dealing with the important social problems reflected by the people in the construction of the anti-corruption project,which is also a major progress in the legalization of anti-corruption;Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has implemented a comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,and the reform of China’s internal supervision system has been comprehensively promoted,forming a new layout of China’s clean government system.Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has accumulated rich experience in the fight against corruption.First,we must implement the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China has taken the leadership responsibility against corruption since its establishment,and is the leading force in the nationwide fight against corruption;Secondly,we must protect the vital interests of the broad masses of the people.Focusing on the interests of the people is the main purpose of the CPC’s anti-corruption struggle.The people are the creators of socialist history.Adhering to the mass line is the key content of Marxist historical materialism;Thirdly,while maintaining the theoretical innovation of anti-corruption,the Communist Party of China keeps pace with the times in practice.The Communist Party of China continues to carry out Marxist theoretical innovation,continues to promote the popularization of Marxism,and uses new ideological achievements to guide the anti-corruption struggle in the new period;Finally,it is also necessary to do a good job in international anticorruption exchanges and cooperation,and actively learn from foreign beneficial experience,so as to further promote the development of international cooperation in China’s anti-corruption and anti-corruption construction.The times are developing and the society is progressing.While the CPC’s anticorruption struggle continues to deepen,it also faces challenges,such as a series of problems such as the lack of in-depth construction of the Party’s style of work and clean government,the imperfection of the anti-corruption system,and the imperfection of the corruption prevention mechanism.However,as long as we create a good atmosphere of anti-corruption through the new media,always ensure that the high pressure anticorruption is not relaxed,establish and improve the discipline inspection and supervision system and system,and unswervingly push the fight against corruption deeper,China will continue to achieve great success in the fight against corruption in the new era.
