Research On Anti-corruption Issues In China's Institutions Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the Opening up policy,China has been taking an active part in exploring some anti-corruption systems,Anti-corruption by Institution conforms the trend of the times and it is the inevitable choice of China according to the real needs on anti-corruption,At the some time,Anti-corruption is an outcome of Party Central committee who combats corruption with the times,It's also the fundamental solution.Therefore,to deeply study and explore the anti-corruption by Institution since the Opening up Policy is valuable not only in theory but also with value in practice.This dissertation consists of two parts:introduction and main body.The introduction part mainly introduces the basis and significance of this dissertation as well as the research status on anti-corruption an home and abroad,research strategies and research methods.The main body of the dissertation consists of four parts:Part one states the concept and the significance of Anti-corruption by Institution alone with the theory perspective on it.Part two states the achievements that we have made with the Sixteenth CPC National congress and the Eighteenth CPC National congress:From the Opening-up Policy to the Sixteenth CPC National congress,the anti-corruption systems have been recovered and established,During the Sixteenth and the Eighteenth CPC National Congress,great breakthroughs have been made on anti-corruption in China,Since the Eighteenth CPC National congress,Anti-corruption systems by Institution have been deepened and carried forward,Part Three mainly analyzes the problems facing Anti-corruption by Institution.The main problems include,the imbalance of power structure in china,the big flaw on personnel system of cadres not being discarded,poor implementation and defective legal system,Part Four comes up with some strategies on deepening the Anti-corruption by Institution,which means that a scientific power structure should be established,the reformation on personnel should be reinforced,the implementation on anti-corruption has to be strengthened,the legal system on anti-corruption has to be amplified.
