| Since reform and opening up,earth-shaking changes have taken place in our economy and society.Traditional governance mode can not meet the needs of grassroots social development,grassroots social governance mode urgently needs innovation.The central government proposes to "build a community of social governance in which everyone has responsibilities,responsibilities and benefits,and ensure that the people live and work in peace and order." As a pilot county and city in Shandong Province,F City fully draws on the successful experience of Zhejiang’s "four platforms" construction and has made initial achievements in grassroots social governance innovation.In view of this,this study fully uses the research methods of literature research,historical research,comparative analysis and field investigation to master the relevant research results of domestic and foreign grassroots social governance.Further combing the development process of Chinese grassroots social governance from the time dimension,introducing the current status of Chinese grassroots social governance,common difficulties and in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems.Put forward the local government in order to solve these problems in the grass-roots governance of the innovation practice.On this basis,this study will take the“Four platforms” construction as the carrier of the grass-roots social governance innovation as the object of study,this paper introduces the concrete methods,operating mechanism and achievements of the“Four platforms”construction in F City in detail,and analyzes its advantages compared with the traditional governance methods.At the same time,combined with the actual analysis of the“Four platforms” in F city governance problems and causes.The aim is to make it clear that innovation at the grass-roots level can not be simply a “Take-it-or-leave-it” approach,and that local governments should adapt to their own Base,social and cultural bases.In addition,this research also attempts to distill the common problems that local governments may encounter in the grass-roots social governance,which are similar to the city’s social and economic development,through the practical cases of F City,in this way,we can strengthen the foresight of the local grass-roots social governance,improve the governance efficiency of the government,and provide effective and practical countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation practice of the grass-roots social governance in our country. |
