Research On The Optimization Of The Construction Of Smart Court In Y District Of T City

Since the 21st century,information technology has continued to develop rapidly,and the Internet and mobile intelligent terminals have infiltrated into everyone’s daily life,bringing great convenience to people’s lives.The Supreme People’s Court,following the development of the times and actively exploring,proposed the concept of smart courts in 2015.Since then,the construction of smart courts has become the main theme of court construction,and the construction of smart courts is also very important and urgent for judicial reform.Studying the construction of smart courts has strong practical significance.The paper studies the optimization of smart court construction,taking the Y district court in T city as an example.Based on the perspective of information technology personnel,it comprehensively understands the actual construction and use of smart courts,clarifies the problems in smart court construction and the reasons for the problems,and provides a good path to avoid problems and optimize smart court construction.As the first line of contact with the people,grassroots courts have a large number and diverse types of cases.The optimization of smart court construction can better improve judicial credibility.The paper combines domestic and foreign literature and relevant theoretical methods,through field research,uses the hierarchical bureaucracy theory,technology governance theory,and new public service theory as the theoretical guidance of the paper.The paper expounds the practical embodiment of hierarchical bureaucracy theory,technology governance theory and new public service theory in the judicial field,which adds the connotation of judicial practice to the theory and expands the practical application field of the theory.The paper selects the People’s Court of Y District in T City as a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of the construction of grassroots smart courts.It summarizes some shortcomings in the construction of grassroots smart courts in practical work,mainly manifested as difficulty in data sharing,inaccurate construction goals,and incomplete supporting systems.On this basis,the main reasons for this problem are insufficient integration considerations in planning,neglect of user usage habits,and lack of sufficient human and financial protection.The paper selects the construction of smart courts in C city in China as a typical case,summarizes its experience in smart court construction,and based on this,proposes a highly operable and effective optimization path for smart court construction,which includes implementing top-level planning,positioning service object requirements,and strengthening human and financial security.The construction of smart courts is a long-term project,and with the development of science and technology,the construction of smart courts will also be updated.Regular research will be conducted on the problems that arise in the construction of smart courts,and targeted optimization measures will be proposed,which is conducive to the longterm healthy development of smart courts.
