Research On Promoting The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Wujin District Of Changzhou

Science and technology are the foundation of the country’s prosperity,and innovation is the soul of national progress.Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force leading the construction of a modern economic system and plays a strategic supporting role in improving productivity and China’s overall national strength.Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the most critical link for the government to strengthen the close integration of science and technology with economic and social development,which is of great significance for promoting economic transformation and upgrading,optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure,and strengthening the new engine of economic development.In recent years,China has made a major breakthrough in formulating and improving the policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.With the guidance and support of the policies,Wujin District,Changzhou City is forming a new atmosphere of paying attention to and actively participating in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and has also made some remarkable achievements in scientific and technological work.This thesis summarizes the successful experience of Wujin District in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in recent years,and analyzes the shortcomings of the government in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,including: the role of the government in helping enterprises to improve the level of technological innovation is not strong enough,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to promote industrial development is not strong enough,the service system to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is not sound enough,and the government has insufficient management of intellectual property rights.By drawing on Zhangjiagang’s "science and technology innovation credit system" model and Israel’s innovation service system,and aiming at the new situation and new requirements of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the article puts forward 9 specific countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects for Wujin District to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,including adhering to the dominant position of enterprises and strengthening the innovation subject,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel,and taking multiple measures by the government to improve the supply of the source of incremental achievements Accelerate the construction of innovation parks,accelerate the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship carriers,strengthen the creation and protection of intellectual property rights,build an innovative talent team,consolidate the support of science,technology and finance,and optimize the business environment to release innovation vitality.
