Research On The Development Of The Party’s Thought Of Common Prosperity Since The Reform And Opening Up

Moving towards common prosperity and building a harmonious world has always been a beautiful ideal of human society.But in the history of human social development,except socialism,no social system regards the realization of common prosperity of all the people as the essence of socialism and the unswerving goal.Realizing common prosperity is the lofty ideal pursued by the Chinese Communists.In November 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned common prosperity at the sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,pointing out that "based on the new stage of development,we should implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern,promote high-quality development,comprehensively deepen reform and opening-up,and promote common prosperity",pointing out the right direction for promoting common prosperity in the new era.The CPC’s idea of common prosperity is specific and comprehensive.First of all,at the level of theoretical basis,this paper mainly combs the common prosperity thought of Marxist classical writers,Mao Zedong’s Thought of Common Prosperity,the "Great Harmony Thought" in the Excellent Traditional Culture of the Chinese Nation;Secondly,this paper elaborates on the development process of the common prosperity thinking of Chinese communists after reform and opening up,starting from the three periods of sailing,gradual development and solid advancement of the idea of common prosperity after reform and opening up.In these three periods,the theoretical and practical efforts made by the four central leading collectives to achieve common prosperity for all the people were mainly introduced.At the theoretical level,the essential requirements of socialism are common prosperity,a "three-step" development strategy,the basic principles of correctly handling the relationship between efficiency and fairness,and the concept of precise poverty alleviation.At the practical level,the realization of phased goals such as promoting agricultural development through the implementation of the household joint production contract responsibility system,the implementation of the strategy of large-scale development of the western region to promote coordinated development between regions,the implementation of integrated urban-rural development and the gradual narrowing of the urban-rural development gap are implemented,and common prosperity is gradually promoted.As for the development of the thought of common prosperity of the four central leading collectives after the reform and opening up,it has both commonalities and individuality.This paper mainly expounds it from three dimensions:scope,goal and connotation.In the last part,this article mainly starts from the significance and enlightenment of the development of the party’s common prosperity ideology after the reform and opening up,which is a dynamic and gradual process and the practical crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China.Since the reform and opening up,the ideological system of common prosperity of the Communist Party of China has come down in one continuous line.It originates from theory and develops in practice.It is the distillation of the combination of Marx’s theory of common prosperity and China’s specific practice.It has important theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for correctly understanding and solving the gap between the rich and the poor at this stage,reforming and improving the distribution system,and taking the new long march of common prosperity.
