| Farming,the foundation of the world,is of great importance.Looking back on the 5000 year history of the Chinese nation,the stability of agriculture,the political and human harmony in rural areas and the happiness of farmers are the eternal plans that always determine the lifeblood of the rise and fall of the country.The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is still a severe test for our party in the new era,and a major national economy and people’s livelihood issue related to the "two centenary goals" and the ruling foundation of the CPC.Focusing on this important topic,after scientific research and judgment,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China creatively put forward the major decision deployment of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,refined and summarized the 20 word general requirements,and in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization was regarded as the key task to further build a new development situation.This is not only the objective requirement for China to adhere to the principle of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and realizing agricultural modernization,but also a bold attempt to step into the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and strive to promote high-quality development.This article is guided by Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy and Marxist theory,the formation process of Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization Strategy and the specific practice of Ningshan County is carefully studied by using the methods of literature research and investigation.It mainly includes the following five parts:The first part mainly elaborates the objective significance of the selected topic,the status quo of research development at home and abroad,research methods and innovative elements.The second part systematically combs the theoretical sources of Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy.The third part systematically combs the historical framework and key points of Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy’s emergence,finalization and development to highlight the unique and distinct implication of the Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy.The fourth part analyzes the current development situation and implementation plan of Ningshan County under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy,and reveals the practical problems.The fifth part explores the path for Ningshan County to further promote the overall rural revitalization,aiming to better help Ningshan and the country’s poverty free areas to achieve new breakthroughs in rural development. |
