The Path And Method Of Integrating Socialist Core Values Into Judicial

The core socialist values have become the most mainstream ideology advocated by our country at present.In 2016,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Guiding Opinions on Further Integrating Socialist Core Values into the Construction of the Rule of Law,in which the fourth part clearly pointed out: "Cultivate and measure socialist core values with justice".In 2021,the Supreme People’s Court issued the Guiding Opinions on Deeply Promoting the Integration of Socialist Core Values into the Interpretation and Reasoning of Judicial Documents,which stipulated the basic principles,basic requirements,main methods,key cases,scope and supporting mechanisms for judges to invoke socialist core values in judicial documents.As an informal and special source of law,socialist core values play a significant auxiliary and supplementary role in judicial reasoning.Guided by the Guiding Opinions on Deeply Promoting the Integration of Socialist Core Values into Judicial Interpretation and Reasoning issued in 2021,this thesis discusses the main functions of the integration of socialist core values into judicial reasoning,the key links of the integration of socialist core values into judicial reasoning From five aspects,including the legal interpretation method of integrating socialist core values into judicial reasoning,other legal methods of integrating socialist core values into judicial reasoning,and the institutional guarantee of integrating socialist core values into judicial reasoning,this thesis discusses how socialist core values should be integrated into the reasoning of judicial documents,It provides a specific direction for judges to cite core values for argumentation when writing documents.
