Research On The Practice Mechanism Of Xi Jinping’s "People-centered" Development Thought

Regardless of the stage of historical development,the "people-centered" development ideology is a "family heirloom" of the Communist Party of China that never goes out of fashion.Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the increasingly complex international environment has posed greater challenges to the realization of the Party’s long-term governance;the grand blueprint for Chinese-style modernization has raised higher requirements for national governance;the new wave of industrial revolution has brought more possibilities for development,and new global issues have drawn the world’s attention to China.Together,these "newness" has constituted an unprecedented change for the Party and the country to achieve high-quality development.Opportunities and risks are often accompanied by each other,and the danger of being divorced from the masses is the biggest danger for the CPC to realize its long-term ruling,which means that the whole Party and the whole country must adhere to the "people-centered" development idea and working method in the current and future long-term situation,and it is an important magic wand to break the danger of governance.And to ensure the implementation of "people-centered" development thought to achieve higher effectiveness depends on the mechanism guarantee.Based on this logic,this paper explores the construction of the mechanism for practicing the "people-centered" development thought.Guided by Xi Jinping’s "people-centered" development thought,combined with methods such as system analysis and literature analysis,this paper deeply discusses the necessity and importance of implementing the "people-centered" development thought and building a specific practice mechanism,makes clear the framework and structure of the construction of the practice mechanism and analyses the basic links and specific paths of the mechanism construction emphatically.In addition to the concluding remarks,this paper contains five chapters as follows: Chapter1 is the introduction,which provides a general overview of the background of this research topic,the current situation of research,the definition of the main concepts,and the research ideas and methods.The second chapter systematically discusses the theoretical basis of this paper,focuses on the core meaning and theoretical basis of the mechanism of "people-centered" development,and provides theoretical support for the construction of the mechanism,which is the starting point of this paper.The third chapter discusses the main contents of the mechanism for practicing "people-centered" development thought from three aspects,namely the basic principles followed by the mechanism construction,the important and difficult points and basic links,and forms the basic framework of the mechanism for practicing.The fourth chapter summarizes and combs the achievements and shortcomings of mechanism construction so far,and further analyzes the root causes of the current problems,so as to ensure that the mechanism is well targeted in the process of construction and improvement.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of the essence and shortcomings of the current situation of the mechanism of practice,the path of improvement of the mechanism of practice is specially explored,and the value implication of the mechanism of practice of "people-centered" development is summarized.From the general idea,it will be developed along the lines from theory to reality,and from problems to countermeasures,so as to help the realization of the long-term mechanism of practicing the "people-centered" development thought.
