Study On Handling Procedures Of College Students

With the development of education,by 2021,the students of higher education institutions in China have reached more than 55 million,and the injury accidents of college students will inevitably increase,which has become more and more a social problem that we have to face.For a long time,the academic community has made a lot of discussion on the treatment of college students from the perspective of accountability and court judgment,but the treatment procedures are rarely involved.However,injury accident in colleges and universities as one of the important factors affecting the school stability and unity,the proper handling of the education teaching environment stability,and processing procedure perfect determines the effect of the injury accident treatment in colleges and universities,therefore,for the study of college students injury accident program has very important significance.This research using law theory,using the literature research,summary and comparative analysis,through the literature of student injury accident,analyzes the present situation of college students injury accident and put forward the related problems,and combined with the domestic and foreign accident handling of experience for college students injury accident treatment procedure feasible counterme asures are put forward.During the course of this study,Firstly,the literature research method is used to sort out the general principles of student injury accidents,On the basis of defining the concept of injury accidents for college students,This paper expounds the general content,characteristic,function and particularity of the procedure;next,It summarizes the relevant legislation and application situation of student injury accidents in China,Is the realistic basis for the following questions;Then,on the basis of the first two parts,Put forward the problems existing in the treatment procedure of college students in China,And the above existing problems of the subjective and objective two aspects of the reason analysis;Finally,we propose feasible countermeasures for the existing problems of college student injury accidents,It provides a reference for the improvement of the injury accident handling procedures of college students and the proper protection of the rights and interests of schools and students.
