development is driven by innovation,it is inseparable from innovative talents.The essence of the current international competition is also the competition of talents.Only by strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents can we better build an innovative country,help achieve the goal of a socialist modernization and power,and then occupy a place in the torrent of world development.In order to meet the demand for talents in national development in the new era,cultivating innovative talents is a work that needs to be promoted continuously.The spirit of innovation studied in this paper is the key factor in cultivating innovative talentsThis paper adopts the method of literature research and case analysis to analyze the the innovative spirit of old scientists,and according to the unique academic growth process of old scientists,extensively read the archives,oral interview materials,memoirs,diaries,letters,etc.Research and comb.The academic growth process of old scientists can be seen in a history of the development of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.The author uses as much first-hand information as possible,selects typical cases for analysis,extracts the unique performance of the old scientist’s innovative spirit,how the innovative spirit affects the growth of the old scientist,and finally the internal and external influencing factors of the old scientists’ innovative spirit are analyzed.On this basis,on the one hand,it analyzes several dilemmas in cultivating innovative talents at present,combined with the formation factors of old scientists’ innovative spirit,attempt to provide reference ideas for cultivating innovative talents in the new era.On the other hand,with the progress of the times,compared with the environment in
