With the development of digitization and information technology,social economy has higher and higher requirements for enterprise innovation and development.As the foundation of national economy,manufacturing industry is imperative to develop from high speed to high quality.However," Time-honored shop " in a lot of manufacturing development and transformation of facing limited product innovation power shortage,the technical innovation ability and lack of innovation behavior.And high-quality and highly skilled craftsman type talent is the key to product innovation and technological innovation,spirit of craftsman in effect highlights in the development of manufacturing industry.However,it is not enough to inherit the craftsman spirit,how to transform it into a driving force for innovation and development of organizations and employees on the basis of inheritance has become an important topic.Based on this,this thesis takes craftsman spirit as the entry point to explore its impact on employees’ innovative behavior.On the basis of previous studies,this thesis examines how craftsman spirit affects employee innovation behavior based on the craftsman spirit of " Time-honored shop " in manufacturing industry.Based on social cognitive theory,this thesis introduces employees’ innovative self-efficacy,analyzes the mediating role of innovative self-efficacy between employees’ craftsmanship and innovative behavior,and constructs the e mediating model of the craftsmanship,innovative self-efficacy and employees’ innovative behavior.At the same time,on the basis of social exchange theory,we introduce perceived organizational support to explore whether it will affect the relationship between craftsmanship and innovative selfefficacy,that is,the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the influence path between craftsmanship and innovative self-efficacy.This thesis obtains data from the survey of " Time-honored shop " in manufacturing industry of different industries,analyzes 350 valid sample data with SPSS24.0 and AMOS,and empirically tests the hypotheses proposed.The results are as follows: the three dimensions of craftsman spirit: craftsman’s skill,craftsman’s moral character and craftsman’s psychological all have a positive impact on employees’ innovative behavior.Innovative self-efficacy plays a part mediating role in the influence of various dimensions of craftsman spirit on innovative behavior,and the mediating proportion is similar.Perceived organizational support plays a positive moderating role in the process of employees’ craftsmanship and innovative selfefficacy,but the adjustment effect of craftsman’s skill and craftsman’s moral character is far greater than that of craftsman’s psychological dimension.This study provides data support for craftsman spirit based on " Time-honored shop " in the manufacturing industry,and also inspires the improvement of employees’ innovative behavior in century-old enterprises,which also has important reference value for the innovation and development of enterprises.
