Research On The Modernization Path Of Municipal Social Governance From The Perspective Of Multi Center Collaborative Governance Theory

The concept of modernization of urban social governance originated from the need for Chinese government social governance to explore the process of social governance and its modernization path in the special field of urban governance.The construction of a new pattern of grassroots governance cannot be separated from the continuous development of social governance theory and practice.We adhere to the modernization of urban social governance as the starting point and foothold of urban social governance,coordinate forces and resources through the middle level design and connection at the city level,and build a service-oriented government to prevent and resolve risks in urban social governance,and establish a new form of urban social governance,Promote the solution to the drawbacks of traditional grassroots governance models in society,and explore the path of modernization of urban social governance through the "Five Governance" approach from the perspective of multi center collaborative governance theory.This article uses the literature research method to first define the concepts of city,city social governance,modernization of city social governance,and their paths.It introduces the origin and development process of research on modernization of city social governance and its paths,and summarizes them based on their characteristics and content,and analyzes the current situation.Based on the analysis of the current situation,combined with the "simultaneous development of five governance",this paper analyzes the problems in politics,rule of law,rule of virtue,autonomy,and intelligent governance that have emerged in the study of the modernization path of urban social governance.The reasons are analyzed,and combined with the "simultaneous development of five governance",countermeasures for the study of the modernization path of urban social governance are proposed.
