| The information terrorism refers to terrorist activities based on individual networks and social networks in the information age,which is one of the important directions of attention and research of information science.In the context of rapid development of information and increasingly prominent national security issues,it is particularly important how people deal with information terrorism.As an information publishing platform,We Chat official account has the characteristics of wide audience,strong interaction and high convenience.And it is popular with the public.Anti-terrorism departments in all provinces have opened government-certified We Chat official accounts on the platform,with the purpose of popularizing and propagating anti-terrorism information.Through the realization of the functional design of the official account page,anti-terrorism education and other related activities are held.The ultimate goal is to raise public awareness of anti-terrorism.However,how is the expression effect of the government We Chat official accounts of anti-terrorism? Does it meet people’s need for anti-terrorism information? What aspects of the government official account of anti-terrorism should be given priority in the construction? In this paper,in consideration of these problems,the evaluation index of the satisfaction degree of anti-terrorism information of the government official account was planned to be constructed.First of all,research data were collected through wcplus Pro data analysis software and web crawler design in this paper.A total of 11 provincial government official accounts of anti-terrorism were investigated.The attention,content theme,page layout and current situation of feedback channels of the government official account of anti-terrorism were evaluated,and its performance and characteristics were summarized.The evaluation index of the satisfaction degree of anti-terrorism information of the government official account was established.Secondly,based on the multi-level perception theory of service quality,the process of information expression of government official account of anti-terrorism was analyzed,and the hierarchical structure and indexes were attempted to be determined.According to the score based on the experience and knowledge of experts,the weight coefficient of each index and the thinking for hierarchical structure classification were clarified.Finally,the empirical research on the evaluation of counter-terrorism public account in the form of questionnaire survey is carried out,and after collecting the questionnaire,the questionnaire is quantified,and the reliability and validity analysis is carried out by using SPSS software,and it is concluded that the four indicators of counter-terrorism information release,counter-terrorism information browsing,counter-terrorism information interaction,and counter-terrorism information selection have low scores,and the degree of information satisfaction needs to be improved,especially in the aspects of counter-terrorism information interaction and counter-terrorism information selection,which should be considered first in the construction of government counter-terrorism public accounts,and the development suggestions and prospects corresponding to the indicators should be put forward at the end. |
