Research On The Path Of Network Ideological Security Governance In China In The New Era

Along with the emergence and development of network information technology,the issue of network ideology has become an important issue in the information age in relation to national security,social stability,and the well-being of people’s lives.In the new era,in the face of the complex struggle in the field of ideology,grasping the right of ideological discourse in the fifth space of the Internet and the initiative in the front line of ideological struggle,so as to more strongly and effectively maintain China’s network ideological security is a fundamental requirement for maintaining national security,a practical requirement for building a solid front line of ideology,and an inevitable requirement for achieving the goal of a strong network.Network ideology is the reflection of social consciousness and public opinion at the Internet level,which depends on the existence of real society and production relations,and relies on the network carrier to achieve dissemination,and has a rich connotation.The ideological theories of Marx and Engels,the important discourses of the Chinese Communists on ideological security,and the relevant discourses of Xi Jinping on social governance have laid the theoretical foundation for an in-depth study of China’s network ideological security governance in the new era.At present,under the leadership of the Party,China has promoted the formation of a network ideology construction pattern with the synergy of multiple subjects,the integration of multiple carriers,the combination of online and offline,and the integration of domestic and international,the level of network ideology construction has been comprehensively improved,and China has made historic achievements and experiences in the field of network ideology.However,due to factors such as comprehensive network governance pattern still needs to be improved,weak guidance of network public opinion information,network law construction is still not sound,network cultural value construction still needs to be strengthened,China’s network ideology security governance at this stage still has many deficiencies such as the main body cohesion is not strong,the construction of ideological and cultural positions is not enough,the mainstream ideology is not spread deeply,and the network core technology still has shortcomings.To deal with these problems and get rid of the current ideological security governance dilemma,the new era of network ideological security governance should,on the basis of past experience in network ideological security governance,strengthen the role of the main body of network governance,create a multifaceted collaborative network ideological governance pattern of party committee leadership,government management,self-discipline of netizens,enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities,and platform consciousness;build a more complete legal system In addition,we will continue to promote the rule of law in network ideology governance;break the shackles of network core technology,drive the informatization of network ideology governance,increase the training of high-level network information technology talents,and promote the modernization of network ideology security governance;cultivate a healthy network culture,guide network public opinion,promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,enhance the vitality,power and effectiveness of mainstream voices,and create a clean and upright cyberspace.
