Research On Guan Tian Arms Factory In Central Soviet Area

Guantian Arsenal is the first large-scale comprehensive arsenal founded by the CPC in the Central Soviet Area,the beginning of the people’s war industry,the first great attempt of the CPC to manage war industry enterprises,and the product of the combination of Marx and Engels’ military thought and the specific practice of the Chinese revolution.As an important military support in the logistics support system of the CPC during the period of the Central Soviet Area,most of the current academic papers on Guantian Arsenal focus on propaganda,lacking systematic and in-depth research.This article summarizes and supplements the personnel management and production management of the Guantian Military Factory by clarifying the main development context of the Guantian Military Factory,and concludes that the Guantian Military Factory is an important birthplace of the people’s military industry spirit,and further elaborates the era value of the people’s military industry spirit.This article takes the Central Soviet Area as the main background,and the main body is divided into four parts: the history,personnel,materials,and contributions of the Guantian Arsenal.The first part introduces the history of Guantian Arsenal.The main content is an overview of the development process of some small arms repair groups generated with the need of the armed revolution of the CPC.They can be counted as a part of Guantian Arsenal.These arms repair groups screened workers with firm belief,revolutionary enthusiasm and basic skills for Guantian Arsenal.Without them,there would be no Guantian Arsenal.The main content of the second part is to introduce the source composition,training assessment,and welfare benefits of workers in the Guantian Arsenal.People are the carrier of the spirit,and the carrier of the people’s military industry spirit is generations of military workers.Studying the early generation of military workers in the Guantian Arsenal is of great significance in demonstrating that the Guantian Arsenal is the beginning of the people’s militia spirit.The third part is about the materials of Guantian Arsenal,mainly introducing the material sources and product transportation of Guantian Arsenal,as well as the magic weapon to improve production efficiency-production competition.The fourth part analyzes the contribution of Guantian Arsenal from different perspectives,and examines its interpretation of the people’s military spirit as the originator of the people’s military spirit.This article has a certain promoting effect on deepening the study of the history of the Central Soviet Area and the spiritual lineage of the Party.
