Research On The Path Of Rural Revitalization In The New Era ——Taking Xinsheng Town In Liangping District As An Example

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The over-concentration of cities and the hollowing out of rural areas have made the opposition and separation of urban and rural areas more and more prominent.Agriculture is the foundation,and "recovering" the countryside is the goal of continuous struggle in the next few decades.In the past,most of the scholars’ research on rural revitalization focused on a single study,but rural revitalization is to realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Therefore,this paper attempts to consider the countryside as an organic whole to think about how to achieve comprehensive revitalization.This paper makes a case study of Xinsheng Town in Liangping District.First of all,it understands Xinsheng Town’s natural geographical environment,economic development status,and rural revitalization status,and analyzes the correlation between Xinsheng Town and the economic development of upper-level areas.Then,it points out that the current rural revitalization of Xinsheng Town has the main problems of poor utilization of talents,weak rural industries,insufficient ecological construction,and weak leadership of grass-roots organizations.Then,the countermeasures to realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside are put forward,that is,vigorously develop rural characteristic industries,do a good job in rural planning,cultivate local talents,strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations,improve the appearance of the village,and protect the rural culture.Finally,it is concluded that in the face of almost zero rural industries in poor villages,the implementation of rural revitalization should focus on maintaining stability,and on the premise of ensuring the stability of various jobs,seek rural development.
