A Study About The Governance Of Small And Micro Power Corruption In Nanxian County

In recent years,cases of power abuse and corruption among village cadres emerged in succession,which has a bad impact on rural economic and social construction and damages the good party-masses relationship and cadres-masses relationship.Therefore,how to enhance the corruption resistance of village cadres,strengthen the governance of small and micro power in rural areas,promote the standardized operation of small and micro power,and assitant to implement rural revitalization work is an important and realistic issue.Firstly,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of rural small and micro power corruption governance,and defines the core concepts and expound the relevant theories.In order to accurately analyze the situation of small and micro power corruption governance in Nanxian County,this paper analyzes the cases of small and micro power corruption reported by the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Nanxian County in recent years,and conducts a questionnaire survey and interview with the villagers,village cadres and township cadres.Further,this paper analyzes the small and micro power corruption in Nanxian County.This paper analyzes the current situation of the corruption governance of small and micro power in Nanxian County.This paper probes into the problems and causes existing in the corruption governance of small and micro power in Nanxian county from four aspects: the insufficient function of village level organizations,unprominent role of supervisory personnel at all levels,village affairs publicity is a mere formality,and the insufficient deterrence of illegal punishment.Finally,this paper put forward four suggestions on the corruption governance of small and micro power in Nanxian County.First,promote the implementation of the system for standardizing the exercise of power and consolidate the foundation for combating corruption.Second,strictly implement the corruption punishment mechanism to form the punishment deterrence of "do not dare to corrupt".Third,improve the three-level supervision system of counties,towns and villages,and weave a tight supervision network for “can not to corrupt”.Fourth,strengthen the combination of discipline and education to promote public interest,strengthen "do not want to corrupt" political belief.
