Study On The Quality Management Of County-level Government Statistical Data

In the era of big data,while the public pays increasing attention to government statistics,they also question the livelihood data released by the government.The quality of government statistical data will directly affect government decision-making and government credibility.The county-level government statistics department is the primary quality inspector of statistical data quality,and plays an important role in linking the previous and the next.Therefore,how to optimize the county-level government statistical data quality management model is an important topic that the current statistical department must deepen.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of studying the quality management of statistical data of county-level governments,and reference to sort out the related research achievements of scholars as the theoretical basis,the second is to the government at the county level,statistics,statistical data quality,and the concept of quality management,and introduces the theories related to data quality management,Including new public management,total quality management,statistical error theory and stakeholder theory.At the same time,Qingtian County Bureau of Statistics was taken as the main research object in this study,and the current status of its current statistical management system was deeply explored,which not only expounded the current basic situation of Qingtian County Bureau of Statistics,but also introduced Data quality management methods and key achievements.Then the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the specific work status of the current data quality management,and according to the research results,the problems existing in the current statistical data quality of Qingtian County are analyzed.The specific problems are the distortion of some statistical data,low accuracy of data,low transparency and poor convenience,and the reasons are deeply analyzed.The causes of the problems mainly include the defects of the statistical management system and statistical system,the lack of rationality of the current local government assessment system,the mismatch between the grassroots statistical power and the intensity of statistical work,the grassroots statisticians’ weak awareness of the rule of law and the difficulty of law enforcement,the survey objects’ weak awareness of statistics and the poor publicity and popularity of statistics.Finally,starting from the four optimization paths of the statistical management system,local assessment system,grass-roots statistical level and statistical legal system,practical suggestions are put forward from thirteen aspects,in order to improve the quality of grass-roots government statistical data.
