Study On Quality Improvement Of Statistical Data

"Statistics is the eyes of decision makers".Statistics is an important comprehensive basic work in the field of national public management,which is of extraordinary significance for the formulation of macro policies and economic and social development plans at all levels of government.There are many disturbances in the production process of government statistics in China,and the repeated statistical violations also make the public question the public credibility of government statistics,which has caused great obstacles to the improvement of statistical data quality.In this case,the study of how to optimize the quality of government statistics has become a common issue faced by governments at all levels and statistical departments.It is an important level and key link of the quality management of government statistics in our country that the statistical agencies of local governments should not only carry out the policy of national statistical work,organize and coordinate the statistical work of the whole province,but also assume the important responsibility of statistical data quality assessment and audit.By studying the problem of quality optimization of statistical data in Anhui provincial government,it is of great significance to improve the quality of local government statistical data service,promote economic and social development,and maintain social stability and harmony.Based on the purpose of optimizing the quality of local government statistics,this paper takes the investigation and analysis of the status quo of statistical data quality of Anhui provincial government as the starting point,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the quality of local government statistics on the basis of analyzing the problems and practical experience in the quality optimization of statistical data in Anhui provincial government.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of the research,the current situation of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,as well as the introduction of research content;The second chapter summarizes the relevant concepts and theoretical tools;The third chapter analyzes the current situation of statistical data quality in Anhui Province;The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the quality optimization analyze the reasons for the existence of the problem;The fifth chapter,based on the empirical case analysis of the statistical data of Anhui provincial government,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the quality of government statistics,and the sixth chapter summarizes the full text,analyzes the shortcomings,and puts forward the research prospect.
