Research On Sustainable Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping has officially declared a comprehensive victory in China’s fight against poverty at a summing-up and commendation ceremony for the country’s poverty alleviation efforts.However,after the overall goal of poverty alleviation is achieved,how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,prevent the emergence of poverty-stricken people,how to deal with more complex relative poverty issues,how to effectively link poverty alleviation with rural revitalization and other sustainable poverty alleviation issues will become new challenges for us.The "sustainable poverty alleviation" studied in this paper means that after the targeted poverty alleviation strategy in rural areas,it aims to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of returning to poverty and solve the relative poverty problem that still exists,and finally realize the sustainable development of rural revitalization.This article was based on the actual situation of rural areas out of poverty,carefully combing marxism and the theory of the communist party of China people to eliminate poverty,clarify the relative poverty and sustainable poverty and precision of poverty and other related concepts,through data analysis and case investigation has announced his retirement from poor support system in rural areas as the research object,summarizes the governance practice path out of poverty in rural areas and the success.Teased still exists four problems: Chinese relative poverty prevention and mitigation mechanism is not sound,poverty engines and country revitalization of cohesion,problem of rural ecological resources attract capital for profit loss problem,under the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,labor force,and then from the aspects of consciousness and reality to analyze the causes of the formation of problems.Finally,from four aspects of the main concept of poverty alleviation,the endogenous vitality of the objects of poverty alleviation,the construction of sustainable poverty alleviation system,and the improvement of long-term mechanism of sustainable poverty alleviation,targeted suggestions are provided for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,alleviating relative poverty,and implementing rural revitalization to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation in rural areas.
