Study On The Path Of Rural Endogenous Poverty Governance In The Post Poverty Reduction Era

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core attaches great importance to poverty management.By putting poverty alleviation in a prominent position of governance,China has made historic achievements in poverty governance.In 2020,the battle of poverty alleviation will come to an end.It is a new national strategy for China to study and formulate the poverty reduction strategy after 2020 after the completion of poverty alleviation of rural poor people,poverty counties and regional overall poverty problems under the current standard as scheduled.It is also the strategic continuation of China's development poverty reduction model of "one cannot be less" and "getting rid of poverty precisely".In the post poverty reduction era,China is facing a wide array of potential issues including the consolidation of poverty alleviation,the prevention of poverty return,the alleviation of relative poverty.In the meantime,increasingly complicated international and domestic conditions and uncertain economic and social conflicts are facing us.In this context,we must study the theory,plan the path,and prepare the policy three all in advance.In the era,China's poverty governance is an overall solution that includes economy,politics,culture,society,ecology,and political party building and so on.Under the guidance of poverty governance in Marxism and Socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must learn the useful experience from international anti-poverty measures,and build endogenous paths of rural poverty governance in the post poverty reduction era.These endogenous path are to establish various governance systems in specifics including alleviating relative poverty,preventing poverty return and establishing modern coordination against poverty,finally forming a Chinese plan for poverty governance.
