Research On Investigators’ Response Behavior During Interrogation

The response behavior in interrogation refers to the response and answer of the investigators to the questions and requests raised by the suspects in the interrogation.Generally speaking,the interrogation is carried out by the investigators’ questions,but sometimes the suspect will also put forward questions to the investigators to answer,such as: raised questions,put forward conditions and requirements,talk,etc.Therefore,the response behavior of the investigators is related to the smooth progress of the interrogation and the direction of the psychological transformation of the suspect.The investigators should actively listen to the behaviors that the suspects may put forward,give a reasonable response according to different circumstances,guide the interrogation process,and achieve the purpose of interrogation.This paper focuses on the response behavior of investigators in interrogation,analyzes the trigger conditions and motivations of the response behavior of investigators,interaction mode,practice pattern,etc.,in order to provide suggestions for improving the response ability of investigators in interrogation.The text of this paper is divided into five parts:Chapter One: Overview.This paper introduces the research background and significance,research review,research ideas and methods,and points out that most of the research contents of investigators’ response behavior are discussed from the perspective of experience,and the research method is relatively simple,which needs to be further explored and developed.Chapter two: The types and motives of the behavior that causes the investigators to answer in the interrogation.This chapter analyzes the trigger behaviors of criminal suspects from the types and motivations of trigger behaviors,and divides them into suspected trigger behaviors and undoubtedly trigger behaviors according to whether information is obtained.Through the collected corpus,the frequency and frequency of different types of trigger behaviors in interrogation are analyzed.It is also pointed out that there are three kinds of motives of the suspect,namely,antagonistic interrogation,probing and critical point of confession,so as to provide the basis for the application of appropriate response methods.Chapter three: the interactive mode of investigators’ response behavior in interrogation.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the interaction structure of the investigators’ response behavior,the formation process can be divided into two parts: one is the reception and understanding of the triggering behavior,the other is the selection and sending of the response behavior.Chapter four: The practice pattern analysis of investigators’ response behavior in interrogation.In this chapter,under the framework of the interaction and formation of the investigators’ response behavior,the phenomenon and causes of the error are analyzed.It is believed that there are three reasons for the error of the investigators’ response behavior:listening barrier,investigators’ lack of competence,excessive pursuit of the purpose of interrogation.Chapter five: The principles and methods of investigators’ response behavior in interrogation.This chapter puts forward the principle that investigators should follow in response behavior for the reason of the error of response behavior,and starts from the specific response methods and skills,through the analysis of the type of response behavior,puts forward a targeted response method,so that the theoretical research can serve the practice.
