And they are the basis for the formation of the structure and function of the endowment pattern.Other elements of the endowment pattern can be classified into these types of elements;Second, the formation of the function of endowment pattern needs the driving mechanism, implementation mechanism and safeguard mechanism work together, resources are driving mechanism, the providers are implementation mechanism, technical tools and facilities is the guarantee mechanism. The three mechanisms work together can produce the function of endowment pattern.Third, there are three types of criteria to select the endowment pattern. Firstly, based on the maximum index of functional demand to select the endowment pattern. The elderly get the maximum demand function index by scoring the Functional Requirements Evaluation Form. Select the maximum demand function index corresponding to the common endowment pattern in which the function index of the three common patterns is the maximum. Secondly, based on the ability to pay to select endowment pattern.
