Study On Interrogation Conversation From The Perspective Of Cooperative Principle

Interrogation is an interpersonal activity between investigators and suspects,and the realization of the objective of interrogation depends largely on the conversational activity of verbal interaction between the two sides of the interrogation.The application of speech plays an important role in the interrogation.Interrogation session is the result of the nature of the case,the conversational ability of the investigator,the psychology and attitude of the suspect,the facts and evidence of the case mastered by the investigator and the interrogation strategy.This paper analyzes interrogation conversations from the perspective of cooperation principle,discusses interrogation strategies,pragmatic strategies and practice patterns of interrogation conversations conveyed by interrogation conversations,and proposes interrogation conversation strategies based on cooperation principle,in order to provide a new perspective and theoretical guidance for the practical application and research of interrogation language,and provide references for interrogation practices.The main body of this paper includes the following four parts:The first chapter is an overview,including research background,research status,research methods and research innovations.After a general understanding of the research and development of interrogation language and the pragmatic research of the "cooperative principle",based on the interrogation practice,corpus analysis methods,observation methods and interdisciplinary research methods are selected for research.The second chapter analyzes the meaning of interrogation sessions and the cooperative principles of interrogation sessions.The conversational meaning of interrogation includes the general conversational meaning of interrogation and the special conversational meaning of interrogation.The cooperative principle of interrogation conversational meaning is analyzed from the four dimensions of "quantity,quality,relationship and mode",and the conversational meaning of interrogation is derived,and an interrogation conversational model based on the cooperative principle is proposed.The third chapter relies on corpus,studies the practice pattern of interrogation conversation based on the cooperation principle,and summarizes the pragmatic failure of investigators in interrogation conversation and the pragmatic phenomenon of suspects violating the cooperation principle from the four dimensions of "quantity,quality,relationship and mode".The fourth chapter puts forward the application thinking of interrogation conversational strategy according to the interrogation practice pattern based on the cooperative principle,and attaches importance to the construction of cooperative attitude and the application of paralanguage.In the selection of specific pragmatic strategies,information control strategy,appropriate strategy and interrupt strategy should be properly used to promote cooperative communication in interrogation and achieve the purpose of interrogation.
