| In recent years,the external environment of anti-drug work surrounding China has become more complicated,with new trends and changes in the drug-related situation,including a rise in women’s involvement in drug crimes.In the investigation practice,obtaining confessions from suspects for the detection of drug crime cases is of paramount importance.Accordingly,this article focuses on the psychology of female suspects during the interrogation of drug-related crime cases.Through literature review,on-site investigation,and other methods,the psychological aspects,disadvantages and difficulties of interrogating female suspects in drug-related crime cases are analyzed.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and causes of female drug-related crime cases,the article proposes several interrogation strategies that differ from those used for male suspects in drug-related crime cases and other criminal cases.The main body of this article consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes conceptual definitions,research background,research significance,research overview,research ideas,research methods,and innovative points.The second part provides an overview of female drug-related crime cases,including the concept of female drug-related crime cases and an analysis of survey questionnaires to explore the characteristics and causes of female drug-related crime cases.The third part analyzes the psychology of female suspects in drug-related crime cases interrogation from the perspectives of confession obstacles and confession motivations.The article points out that female suspects in drug-related crime cases are more likely to have confession obstacles such as fear,vigilance,and pessimism.They may confess truthfully in order to obtain leniency,to meet the expectations of family and friends,to relieve psychological pressure,or to confess in the face of evidence.The fourth part discusses the shortcomings and difficulties in interrogating female suspects in drug-related crime cases.The shortcomings mainly include insufficient preparation before interrogation;lack of psychological guidance to the suspects during interrogation,and a lack of targeted interrogation strategies.Difficulties mainly include the limited presentation of evidence caused by drug-related crime cases themselves;the subjective identification of ‘knowing’ of drug crime cases is difficult;female suspects have certain gender characteristics of anti-interrogation behavior.The fifth part proposes interrogation strategies for female suspects in drug-related crime cases,including designing a structured interrogation process based on existing research,proposing targeted interrogation strategies,including respecting the personality and rights of female suspects,emotionally influencing female suspects throughout the entire interrogation process,actively listening during the interrogation,using confession incentives to change their attitude towards confession,and using evidence to assist in interrogation.Additionally,the article also discusses interrogation strategies for female suspects in different age groups. |
