With the development of the times,the role of women in society has become more and more important.They participate in all aspects of social life and play an important role in their respective fields.Similarly,the issue of female crime cannot be ignored.At present,the types of female crimes have almost covered the provisions of criminal law.All crimes have surpassed men in the growth rate of crimes.However,the interrogation of women in practice is almost the same as that of men.The effect of interrogation is not ideal.At this stage,careful research on the physiology and psychology of women criminal suspects can be targeted in the interrogation of female criminal suspects,and a more effective result can be achieved.Effect.This research studies the psychological characteristics and interrogation methods of female criminal suspects in China,and bases the first-line civilian police on the practical experience of female interrogation and the female criminal suspects in the detention center on field surveys.The combination of a large number of books and documents not only enriches female suspects.The relevant knowledge of interrogation,but also has theoretical guidance significance for reducing the number of female crimes and enhancing women's legal awareness.In the research,interrogation strategies aiming at women's unique psychological characteristics construct a knowledge system suitable for grooming female confession psychological barriers.The relevant concepts of female criminal suspects were combed,and the relationship between physical,psychological and questioning strategies was discussed.Through in-depth investigation and study of the differences and characteristics of female crimes and male crimes,we thoroughly analyzed the unique psychological and physiological aspects of female criminal suspects in the interrogation phase,and focused on strengthening the discussion of female interrogation strategies,and called for investigators to be targeted in interrogation.This article is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.This section mainly describes the background of women's crimes,the basis for the topics selected,the significance of topics selected,and the status of women's crimes and the characteristics of women's crimes.The second part: Analysis of the physiological characteristics of female suspects.This section mainly discusses the physiological characteristics of female suspects at different stages and their corresponding crime types.The third part: Psychological analysis of female suspects in interrogation.It mainly analyzes the psychological factors and psychological status of female suspects during interrogation,and then explains the psychological performance of female suspects according to their influence.The fourth part: Female suspects in the anti-questioning performance usually,according to women's own characteristics summarizes the female suspects in the anti-interrogation and male suspects are different and unique.Such as: violence is less confrontation,love crying,color trapping investigators and so on.The fifth part: Interrogation strategies for female suspects.This section mainly deals with interrogation strategies targeted at young and middle-aged female criminal suspects,including interrogation strategies for underage,maternity-feeding,and menopausal female suspects.It is based on the characteristics of female crimes discussed above,physiological and psychological characteristics,and anti-inquiry.On the basis of performance,interrogation strategies aimed at female criminal suspects were adopted to distinguish them from general interrogation strategies and achieve a multiplier effect,thus prompting smooth interrogation work.
