| With the accelerated pace of education modernization,appreciation education has been paid more and more attention,because disciplinary education may have adverse effects on students’ physical and mental health,coupled with the media and public opinion,and gradually placed in the marginal position;But at the other extreme,some primary and secondary school teachers will arbitrarily use educational punishment,abuse punishment,will harm the legitimate interests of students.In the face of the dilemma of exercising educational punishment,the Ministry of Education issued the "Rules on Educational Punishment for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" on December 23,2020,which clearly gives schools and teachers the power to implement educational punishment.Schools can formulate school rules and disciplines related to educational punishment according to their own situations.Primary and secondary school teachers can implement educational punishment according to rules and regulations,but there are still many problems in the academic and practical circles to be sorted out and clarified.In view of this,from the perspective of home-school cooperation,this paper analyzes the current theoretical and practical problems in the education punishment of primary and secondary school teachers,as well as the realistic predicament faced by the implementation of education punishment of primary and secondary school teachers.Through questionnaire survey,To understand the implementation of educational punishments by primary and secondary school teachers,the acceptance of educational punishments by primary and secondary school students,the participation of parents of primary and secondary school students in educational punishments,and the public’s cognition of educational punishments,so as to clarify the problems in the implementation of educational punishments from the perspective of home-school cooperation,analyze the causes of the problems,and find out the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of educational punishments.To construct and perfect the effective implementation path of teacher education punishment from the perspective of home-school cooperation.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research overview and research program.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of educational punishments for primary and secondary school teachers.It firstly introduces the basic information of the subject of the questionnaire--primary and secondary school teachers,primary and secondary school students,parents of primary and secondary school students,and the public,and analyzes and summarizes the implementation of educational punishments for primary and secondary school teachers from multiple perspectives.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the implementation of educational punishment for primary and secondary school teachers.This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of educational punishments for primary and secondary school teachers,such as the lack of evidence in the implementation of educational punishments and the inability to effectively implement educational punishments.According to the above analysis,from the perspective of home-school cooperation,the reasons for the difficulties in the implementation of education punishment for primary and secondary school teachers are discussed.The laws and regulations on the right of education punishment for primary and secondary school teachers are not perfect in the system,the communication content between the two parties is not in-depth and the communication channels are single.In practice,the implementation of education punishment for primary and secondary school teachers has adverse external environment.In the fourth part,in order to implement the suggestions on the punishment of elementary and middle school teachers,the laws and regulations on the power of education punishment of elementary and middle school teachers should be improved in the legal system,and the legal system of the power of education punishment of elementary and middle school teachers should be unified.Strengthen communication and exchange between home and school in home-school cooperation to achieve good interaction of home-school cooperation;Finally,it is necessary to create a good social atmosphere for primary and secondary school teachers to implement the right of educational punishment,guide the correct public opinion,and publicize the correct concept of educational punishment to the society,so as to enhance the public’s awareness and understanding of educational punishment,so that the education of primary and secondary school teachers can be effectively implemented. |
