Abstract/Summary:
Since the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to innovate the way of social governance, the way of grassroots social governance has become more and more refined, one of the manifestations is the popularization of grassroots grid management system. The government stressed that in the current process of social governance,it is necessary to accelerate the advancement of the refined process of social governance at the grassroots level, and strive to create a new pattern of social governance jointly built and shared by all people. The report of the government pointed out that we should improve community-level social governance and make it more refined and grid based. The report of government also put forward the requirements for the refinement of grassroots social governance, requiring all localities to establish and improve a refined grassroots social governance platform.Under the central top-level design arrangement, each city has started innovative exploration and research on grid management. The research of general practice grid management is a further deepening on the basis of grid management research, which is conducive to better improve the level of urban service and refinement. In recent years, the grid management in T area has achieved remarkable results, especially in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in the past three years. The work mode of general science grid management in T area has played a great role in helping to prevent and control the epidemic, but it also shows some problems and shortcomings. It needs further improvement. From the perspective of refined governance, this paper takes T-area as a case, adopts the methods of literature review and interview, and compares and analyzes the original grid management situation and the current grid management situation of the general practice, summarizes the results achieved by the current grid management of the general practice and the problems in the actual management process, and carries out a profound analysis of the causes of the problems. On this basis, some measures to solve the problem are put forward to provide reference for further improving the grid management of the whole department in the future. In recent years,T District has carried out the "general practice grid" management mode in the whole region and promoted the standardized construction of grid service management. It has made a lot of efforts in the general practice grid management and achieved a series of remarkable results. However,it can be seen from the analysis that there are still some problems in the practice process of T-area,such as poor coordination and assignment of district-level platforms, barriers in the construction of work platforms, and insufficient construction of grid team, which seriously affect the operation of the general grid. The main reasons for these problems include unclear attribution of urban rights and responsibilities, imperfect platform management system and imperfect grid team construction mechanism. In order to effectively solve the above problems, combined with the specific practice, put forward the measures and suggestions to improve the T-area general practice grid management.Specifically,it includes strengthening the organizational leadership of the Party Committee and the coordination of departments, establishing a perfect grid management system, optimizing the construction of the grid team employing mechanism, accelerating the promotion of the grid management platform, and improving the grid management mechanism.Through the in-depth and systematic study, this paper puts forward the measures to improve and optimize the work of the general department grid, which can provide good experience for the future development of the general department grid management, and provide a certain theoretical basis for government decision-making.
