Research On The Cognition And Evaluation Of Overseas Scholars On The Organizational Construction Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

Since the new era,the Communist Party of China(CPC),as the ruling Marxist party,has made many world-renowned achievements,highlighting its unique organizational strengths and powerful organizational power,while also attracting the attention of overseas scholars to the party organization.With the increasing activities of the Chinese Communist Party in dialogue with the world,the study of the Chinese Communist Party by overseas scholars has increasingly become the center of overseas China studies.Based on the Marxist-Leninist theory of party building and the theoretical stance of the CPC,and on the basis of grasping the views and perceptions of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the CPC,dissecting and responding to the evaluation and attitudes of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the Party in the new era is conducive to broadening the international perspective of Marxist-Chinese studies and expanding the research space of the theory of party building.It can be seen that the necessity and importance of studying the organizational construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era from an overseas perspective is becoming more and more prominent.This paper analyzes and compares the basic views of overseas scholars since the new era by collecting and sorting out the relevant literature on the organizational construction of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era,applying the basic principles of materialistic dialectics,and examining the objectivity of these research results in the light of the historical experience of the organizational construction of the Chinese Communist Party and the political and cultural background of overseas scholars themselves.The aim is to grasp the overall perception and basic evaluation of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the CPC in the new era,analyze the cognitive biases of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the CPC,reveal the core issues and main contents of overseas scholars’ research on the organizational construction of the CPC,provide useful information for telling the story of the CPC,and provide reference for domestic academic research.This paper follows the logic of "what is the organizational construction of the Party-the basic views of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the Communist Party of China since the new era-the inspiration for the organizational construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era".Chapter 1 introduces the background,purpose,significance,methodology,innovation and shortcomings of the study,and introduces the current status of domestic and foreign research on the basis of the development of theories and core concepts of the organizational construction of the Communist Party of China.Chapter 2 introduces and summarizes the basic perceptions of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of the CPC in the new era,and analyzes the attitudes and evaluations of overseas scholars on the organizational construction of our Party in the new era from two aspects: motivation and effectiveness.Chapter 3 introduces and reviews the main contents of overseas scholars’ research on the Party’s organizational construction in the new era,including four aspects of Party cadre management,Party member recruitment and training,Party institutional culture and Party grassroots organizations.Chapter 4 analyzes the characteristics,methods,and problems of overseas scholars’ research on the organizational construction of the Chinese Communist Party.Chapter 5 illustrates the implications of this study for the organizational construction of the Communist Party of China.Firstly,it indicates the importance of implementing the principles and lines of the Party’s organizational construction in the new era and adhering to the organizational line to serve the political line.Second,it explains that the study of Chinese Communist Party organization construction from an overseas perspective aims to build a scientific and effective outward communication discourse system.Again,it emphasizes the diversification and localization of Marxism’s Chinese research horizons and research methods.
