An Exploratory Analysis On Overseas Study Of The Organization Building Of The Chinese Communist Party

Looking at the overseas scholars' research on the Chinese Communist Party,we can see that the overseas study of the Chinese Communist Party has experienced a process of rise,intermittent and return.And in contrast to the economic stagnation of Western countries,China's economy has maintained a high-speed growth,so lots of overseas scholars hope to find universal reform methods which can be transplanted to their own country by studying the organization building of the Chinese Communist Party and joined the corresponding research team.On the whole,the overseas scholars'research on the organization building of the Communist Party of China mainly include the study of the make up of the party organization,the party organization system,the organization reform of the party,and the prediction of the future prospects of the Chinese Communist Party by overseas scholars.Through the analysis of overseas scholars' research on the organization building of the Communist Party of China,it can be seen that overseas scholars generally have strong problem consciousness and unique research vision,emphasizing the construction of theoretical framework,focusing on multi-channel of data collection and the use of interdisciplinary research methods.But confined to the reasons of such as data constraints and their political positions,it seems that part of the overseas scholars 'study are apparently subjective and inevitably have deep ideological color.However,this does not mean that overseas scholars 'research do no benefit to us:their key research on the members and cadres of the Communist Party of China inspired us to strengthen the management of party members and cadres;The prejudice that exist in the overseas scholars remind us to make instant international exchanges in order to eliminate the misunderstanding;what's more important is to absorb the strengths of overseas scholars,focusing on using the multiple research methods and learn from each other to promote our own development.
