Research On The Emotional Governance Of Ethnic Interembedded Communities From The Perspective Of Building The Community Consciousness Of The Chinese Nation

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that " We will,with a focus on forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,continue to take the correct and distinctively Chinese approach to handling ethnic affairs,and improve the Party’s work on ethnic affairs,so as to comprehensively promote ethnic unity and progress".In the new era of ethnic work,It is the "principle" to firmly build the sense of community of the Chinese nation,the "field" of ethnic communities,and the "recruitment" of emotional governance.The unity of the three helps to promote the high-quality development of ethnic work.From the perspective of cementing the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,this paper investigates and analyzes the practice of emotional governance in the Zhonghua Middle Road Community of Nanning City.It is found that there are some problems in the Zhonghua Middle Road community,such as public space to be improved,lack of communication space between neighborhoods,single distribution of ethnic images,shallow awareness of the Chinese nation community,lack of self-identity disorder,emotional and labor burnout of staff,lack of emotional interaction among multiple subjects,lack of enthusiasm of residents in public affairs.The main reasons lie in the lack of support for the construction of spatial emotion,the difficulty in embedding community cognition,and the imbalance of community relationships interaction.Therefore,at the level of creating space emotion,we should promote community space molding,define space emotion function,create image signs,shape "home" space identity,widen ethnic culture space,and promote ethnic communication and blending.On the level of community cognition,we should strengthen the education and propaganda of Chinese national community consciousness,reconstruct residents’ self-identity,cultivate residents’ positive emotions,and foster community social capital to promote residents’ mutual trust and reciprocity.At the level of relationship interaction,we should improve the professional quality of social workers,strengthen the ability of emotional governance,establish the emotional interaction mechanism,strengthen multi-subject emotional connection,expand residents’ deep participation,strengthen residents’ community identity and other effective ways,and promote ethnic communities to forge the Chinese national community consciousness in three aspects of space,cognition and relationship.
