Research On The Characteristics And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Construction Of Democratic Parties In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The democratic parties are participating parties that cooperate closely with the Communist Party of China and are committed to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The democratic parties should carry forward their fine traditions,effectively strengthen their own construction,enhance their ideological and political leadership,and strive to raise the construction of socialist participation parties with Chinese characteristics to a new level.As the number of democratic party members among teachers in colleges and universities continues to grow,it is of great significance to do a good job in the work of democratic parties in colleges and universities,especially to do a good job in the ideological and political construction of democratic parties,in order to promote the development of the united front work in colleges and universities as well as the development of democratic parties in colleges and universities themselves.The level of ideological and political construction of democratic parties in colleges and universities is an important factor affecting campus education,and more importantly,the effectiveness of China’s new political party system can be brought into play.The focus on ideological and political construction has been effective in enhancing the vitality of the parties and consolidating multi-party cooperation,and is a fine tradition and valuable experience of democratic parties in strengthening their own construction.Since the 18 th National Congress,democratic parties have been strengthening and improving their ideological construction by taking into account the actual situation and the characteristics of their parties.In this paper,we study the problems and causes of the ideological construction of democratic parties in universities in the new era represented by a certain university,and give corresponding countermeasures in order to provide thoughts and references to the ideological construction of democratic parties in a wider scope.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Part Ⅰ: Introduces in detail the theoretical background and practical basis of strengthening the ideological and political construction of democratic parties.The strengthening of the ideological and political construction of democratic parties is based on the profound foundation of the ideological construction carried out by our forefathers and the long history of attaching importance to the ideological construction,and is also inseparable from the practical requirements of the development of the times.To discuss the necessity and basic support for ideological and political construction from both theoretical and practical aspects;Part Ⅱ: using the way and method of questionnaire survey to collect information on the basic situation and ideological status of each member of the current democratic party in a certain university,graphically presenting the survey results,analyzing the basic situation,ideological characteristics and the current situation of ideological and political construction of the members of the democratic party in a certain university;Part Ⅲ: to analyze some problems of the ideology and politics of some members of democratic parties in a certain university in the questionnaire survey,specifically analyze their causes and put forward specific response ideas and countermeasures.In order to promote the optimization of the whole with the development of the key parts of the democratic parties,the experience of the ideological and political construction of the democratic parties in colleges and universities can provide ideas for the collective ideological and political construction of the whole democratic parties as a whole and even in a larger scope.By clarifying the theoretical basis and practical needs of the ideological and political construction of democratic parties,analyzing the current situation of individual cases in depth,examining the reasons behind them,and summarizing feasible measures for the ideological and political construction of democratic parties in the new era,this paper aims to solve the incorrect tendencies in the minds of some members and enhance the centripetal force of democratic parties.In a series of specific ideological and political construction measures to cultivate a firm political consciousness,the ideological and political construction constantly enhances their political determination,improves their ability to participate in politics,and gives full play to the political advantage and functional role of the United Front in gathering people’s hearts and strength.As a participatory party committed to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the democratic parties must have sufficient political grasp,must always maintain the correct political direction,and maintain political consistency with the Communist Party of China in order to better play the role of a participatory party.
