universities,combined with the SECI model of knowledge transformation and the knowledge chain model,and on the basis of the learning organization system theory,this thesis constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the construction of learning grassroots organizations for democratic parties in universities.Taking M University as an example again,it is found that the democratic parties have some problems such as weak awareness of political participation by some party members,mismatch of the will and ability of the leadership team,insufficient communication and cooperation between party members,single organization activities and content,and reduced knowledge output of each party organization..Combined with the theoretical analysis framework,it conducts in-depth analysis of the causes of problems from six aspects: knowledge acquisition channels,knowledge bases,knowledge exchange and sharing,knowledge innovation,and knowledge output.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,an optimization path for the construction of learning-oriented grassroots organizations of democratic parties in colleges and universities is proposed.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:In the first part,the background,theoretical and practical research significance,basic ideas and methods of the research questions raised in this article are elaborated.It also sorts out the relevant research on knowledge management theory,learning organization theory and the construction of learning participating parties,reviews the existing research,and points out the entry points and differences of this thesis.The second part mainly explains in detail the core concepts of participating parties and learning participating parties involved in this thesis,and introduces several basic structure of M University and the construction of learning grassroots organizations are introduced.Based on the research data,the democratic parties of M University are introduced.The problems existing in the construction of party-based learning-oriented grassroots organizations are summarized.The fifth part is intended to explore the reasons for the above problems.This chapter uses the theoretical analysis framework proposed in Chapter 3 as a yardstick,from the aspects of knowledge acquisition channels,knowledge base,knowledge exchange and sharing,knowledge innovation,and knowledge
