The Study Of The Poticial Participation Desire And Factors Of Members Of Democratic Parties In University Under The Ministry Of Education In Wuhan

17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held in victory, In the report General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed the need to strengthen Party building and the cooperation with democratic parties which can promote harmonious inter-party relations continuously. Under the new historical condition democratic parties must study hard and solve the major issue strengthening the construction of participating competency of democratic parties, which has significant effect of upholding and improving the CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, maintaining harmonious relations between political parties and taking the political development road with Chinese characteristics strongly.Universities are relatively concentrated areas of the members of democratic parties, I combined my long-term work in United Front Work Department to understand the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members, in order to find problems in the political participation of democratic members, put forward to improve the ability of countermeasures to better enhance the ability of members of democratic parties to participate in politics. This article is based on this consideration and written.Basing on the sociological theory, such as Theory of Politics Socialization and Maslow's hierarchy of needs, using the method of questionnaire survey and individual interview, and choosing five universities in Wuhan as the investigation spots, this paper describes the characteristics of the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members in these universities, and discusses the impact of the individual factors, job factors and social factors on the willingness of political participation of these members. The conclusion shows that:(一) There is a certain asymmetry between the willingness of political participation and the effect of the democratic parties members in universities in Wuhan, the willingness will not be met.The analysis of the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties shows the vast majority of members have a strong desire to participate in politics, which will not be met to most members and take the initiative to the members of democratic parties offer advice and suggestions as the situation is not optimistic.(二) Although most of the members submit proposals through NPC&CPPCC, the way of democratic party is rather single and consultation meetings between the democratic party is not unimpeded. one fifth of the members of democratic parties did not participate in politics because some party members had not properly channels to offer advice and suggestions by further research. (三) Individual factors such as age, joining's time on democratic parties, id gid, post, enthusiastic about politics, democratic parties'influence, democratic parties'policies and so on are affecting the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members.This study has three main innovation:firstly, content innovation. Past researches analysed ability of political participation of the democratic parties by macroscopic means. This paper studied the willingness, the ways and the effects of political participation to understand the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members, in order to find problems in the political participation of democratic members, put forward to improve the ability of countermeasures to better enhance the ability of members of democratic parties to participate in politics. Secondly, the study of Innovation. this paper analysed the willingness and its influencing factors of the members of democratic parties based on the sociology, which is different from previous studies. Thirdly,. Innovative research methods. Previous research work focused on qualitative research in theory or empirical research summary. This article using empirical research methods analysed the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members in universities in Wuhan.Theme of this paper is the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties members in Universities in Wuhan,, there is still a lack of research because of objective conditions, mainly in the following three aspects, first, sample is small, only focused on five colleges and universities under the Ministry of Education.the representativeness of the sample existed some deficiencies. Second, our study used self-administered questionnaire survey method, so we can not guarantee that information is necessarily true. The quality of the questionnaire may have some effect. Third, this article studied the willingness of political participation of the democratic parties and influencing factors based on the members of democratic parties, however, the country's united front policy and united front regime are not very in-depth study.
