Research On The Influencing Factors Of Short Video Of Health Government Affairs

The official Douyin account set by government agencies on the Douyin platform has played an important role in innovating the form of government affairs,defusing the crisis of public opinion,providing public services,opening up communication channels and promoting social governance.Therefore,how to effectively transmit the government affairs information and promote the public cognition level has become a key topic,which drew great attention in academic community.Based on the principles of dialogue and communication under dialogue theory and problem-oriented approach,the study discussed the influence of the functional dimension variable of “Healthy China” dialogue on the effect of government affairs short video transmission.The study selected 178 videos as samples from the account and built a framework between 8 variables and effect,including sentence pattern,video content,hashtag&mention,release time,roles in the video,video subtitles,video duration and video form.Then the paper obtained 6 types of configuration through the qualitative comparison of fuzzy sets(FSQCA),which reveled internal propagation mechanism of high influence of short video generation.It is found that roles in the video is the necessary condition for “Healthy China”short video to achieve better communication effect.The 6 configuration types include field interaction type,first-line record type,medical propaganda type,character propaganda type,professional knowledge type,scenario deduction type,and time simplicity type,the core and edge conditions of which have their own characteristics,that is to say,it depends on each other to achieve the goal of “Healthy China”.Therefore,some feasible suggestions are put forward,including strengthening the cohesion of the title,using the topic tag flexibly,optimizing the application of personal perspective,enriching the role of medical staff,building the image of authoritative key of leader and cultivating the official media deeply,grasping the scale of video style,perfecting the information auditing mechanism,pushing forward the innovation of video form,standardizing the use of subtitles,coordinating the release time in two directions,and reasonably controlling the length of video.To sum up,it is necessary for the national health commission to continuously integrate existing resources,grasp the details of communication,upgrade existing dialogue functions and continuously develop new areas of dialogue when using“Healthy China” Douyin account for information communication.In this way can it better assume the responsibility of formulating national health policy and promoting health cause,and continuously implement the “Healthy China 2030” program.Thus providing a solid and healthy foundation for the realization of the “Two centenary goals” and the Chinese Dream.
