| In the era of intelligent communication,the main channel of information acquisition has been transformed into a short video platform,which gradually becomes a "habitat" close to public life and convenient for public communication and sharing due to its diversified content production subjects,types and forms.At present,social media platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou have gathered a large number of users,and the gathering place of the audience also determines the focus and foothold of the ideological work of government propaganda.Therefore,in order to adapt to the changes and demands of the public in the context of Internet communication,domestic governments at all levels and public security departments are actively using new media technology to build a new government affairs communication platform,explore the transmission methods of short videos,release government affairs information to the public,set up topics and guide topics.At present,there are many vertical subdivisions of short video accounts of government affairs,while public security under the political and legal system has formed the largest and largest government affairs Douyin cluster on the Douyin platform,and the Douyin accounts operated by them have become an important field for disseminating police information and carrying out interaction between police and the public.Therefore,this study selects Tiktok,a type of public security government affairs,as the representative of the field to carry out the study of short government affairs videos.Among the subdivided Douyin accounts of public security affairs,the "Xiaojingarte" account is the most active one.The account to the 90 police Art as the first perspective,leading the majority of users "immersive" in-depth law enforcement line,face a real and vivid crime scene,for the people to tell the public security story,popularize the common sense of law.His "Xiaocheng Police" series works aim at the grassroots to record the real scenes of law-enforcement and case-handling by front-line police."Art said Case" series works are popular with netizens for their down-to-earth way of popularizing law.By March 2023,the account has created a total of 545 short video works,the total page views of the whole network nearly 6 billion times,the number of likes reached 1.2 billion times,the harvest of good public reputation and rule of law publicity effect,has long been in the forefront of the national political science and law publicity field,is a typical representative of public security government short videos with profound influence.In the process of expanding the mainstream public opinion position and unblocking the channels of interaction between the government and the people,the new media of political science and law should focus on content innovation,pay attention to the timeliness of political science and law publicity,create "positive energy on the fingertips",and constantly create a new realm of political science and law communication.Therefore,this paper chooses the Douyin account "Xiaojingarte" of public security affairs as a typical case,uses the method of case study,and based on the long-term attention and content analysis of this account,sorts out its background and development,and focuses on the summary of its content production innovation strategy.It is found that it has content production strategies and innovative methods for reference in the aspects of communication content planning,form innovation,audience satisfaction and channel integration,and summarizes and promotes it to other public security government affairs new media accounts to help them create more authoritative content that is popular on the screen,better cope with the communication market under the media integration environment,and provide new development ideas for future government affairs communication. |
