| As the face of a nation,the image of a country is both an outward expression of its comprehensive strength and a concentrated reflection of its development history.After the birth of New China,under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has finally shaken off the stigma of being the "Sick Man of East Asia" and achieved a historic turnaround in its independent development.With the improvement of its comprehensive national strength,China’s international status has been increasingly enhanced and its national image is changing day by day.These achievements could not have been achieved without the great war of resistance against the United States and aid to North Korea.In this fierce war,the disparity in power between China and the United States,the battle between the weak and the strong,the poor and the rich,the small rice and rifle and modern American weapons,ended in a victory for New China,which greatly shocked the world.In recent years,with China’s rapid development,Western countries,led by the United States,have been stirring up trouble to obstruct China’s development.It is therefore imperative that we pay attention to the issue of national image building to ensure our country’s security and prosperity.In particular,it is very meaningful to use the study of the resistance to the United States as an entry point to explore the construction of the country’s image.The text is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1,which introduces the research background of the chosen topic,its theoretical and practical significance,the research ideas and the status of research on anti-American aid,national image and the construction of China’s national image at home and abroad.Chapter 2,outlines what is national image,the characteristics and composition of national image and the theoretical basis on the construction of anti-American aid and China’s national image.Chapter 3,mainly compares the differences in China’s national image before and after the anti-American invasion.Chapter 4,through the above,draws out from it the revelations for the construction of China’s national image in the new era.This paper presents a multi-level and wide-ranging comprehensive analysis of the construction of China’s national image from the differences to the specific logic of revelation research. |
