Research On The Relationship Between The Delegation Of The Cpc To The Communist International And The Northeast Local Communist Party Organizations

After the failure of the Great Revolution,the CPC sent the CPC delegation to Communist International to guide China’s domestic revolutionary activities in Moscow.After 1930,the Communist Party delegation gradually became under the control of Wang Ming.At that time,the CPC delegation,relying on the Communist International to "guide" the Chinese revolution,also directly led the local party organizations in the northeast and the Northeast Anti-Japanese Federation.After the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Wang Ming’s ideology became the dominant ideology of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for a period of time.After the September 18 th Incident,Northeast China was occupied by Japanese imperialism,and the people of Northeast China fought against Japan under the leadership of the Party organization.At that time,the temporary Central Political Bureau established in Shanghai was damaged due to the influence of "left" leaning errors,lost contact with local party organizations in Northeast China,and caused the anti-Japanese forces in Northeast China to be suspended behind the enemy lines.In 1932,the Communist Party delegation began to lead the work of the Party in the Northeast region nearby;After the start of the Long March between the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Red Army at the end of 1934,the local party organizations and the Northeast Anti-Japanese League in Northeast China completely lost contact with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,making the Communist Party delegation the only superior supervisory authority for the party organizations and the Northeast Anti-Japanese League in Northeast China and continuously leading them for a period of time.This situation is not in line with organizational relations,and during this period,Wang Ming implemented the policy of "left first and then right" in the central government,which also caused various problems in the local party organizations in Northeast China,and even sparked controversy in the academic community.The main purpose of this study is to clarify the historical development and clarify the context of the problem.This article consists of five parts.The first part discusses the establishment of the working relationship between the Communist Party of China delegation and local party organizations in Northeast China.It mainly discusses three aspects: first,the process of the CPC in northeast China organizing and leading the agrarian revolution struggle;second,the establishment of the Communist Party delegation in Moscow;third,the process of combing the establishment of working relations and communication between the Communist Party delegation and the CPC Manchuria Provincial Committee,including clarifying the contact between the Manchuria Provincial Committee and the Far East institutions of the Communist International and analyzing the working relations between the Communist Party delegation and the Manchuria Provincial Committee.The second part discusses the leadership of the Communist Party delegation in the antiJapanese struggle in the Northeast region after the September 18 th Incident.It mainly includes the following contents: after the September 18 th Incident,the CPC delegation,in accordance with the changes in the situation in the Northeast,implemented the spirit of the 12 th Plenary Session of the Executive Committee of the Communist International,formulated policies that are more in line with the reality of the Northeast,namely,the policy of establishing the anti-Japanese united front in the Northeast,issued the "January 26 th Instruction Letter" to the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the CPC,and sent Wu Ping to the Northeast to convey and implement the spirit of the antiJapanese united front policy,and correct the mistakes of close-door sectarianism.The third part mainly discusses the Communist Party of China delegation’s issuance of the "June 3rd Instruction Letter" to the Northeast Party organization and its impact on the Northeast Anti-Japanese War;Discussed the establishment of a unified Northeast AntiJapanese coalition.The fourth part mainly analyzes the revocation of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the establishment of several other provincial committees by the Chinese Communist Party delegation,in order to clarify the context.In the special situation of Northeast China becoming a Japanese colony after the September 18 th Incident,the Chinese Communist Party delegation’s guidance and decision-making on local party organizations in Northeast China had a significant impact on the anti-Japanese struggle and the development of Northeast Party organizations.We should take a dialectical view of the history of this period and draw lessons from its positive and negative impacts.
