Study On Rural Human Settlement Environment Improvement In Huade County

Recently,with the rapid development of the rural economy in China,the rural industrial structure has become increasingly diverse,and the living standards of rural residents have also improved.However,the problem of rural environmental destruction has gradually emerged,and the improvement of the rural living environment has become an urgent need for the people.With the introduction of the rural revitalization strategy in the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"ecological livability" has been given great importance,which has put forward new requirements for the construction of the ecological environment in rural areas in China.It has also provided guidance for various levels of government to carry out rural living environment improvement.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly stated that the next step is to coordinate the layout of rural infrastructure and public services,build livable and business-friendly beautiful countryside.With the implementation of the improvement action,the rural living environment throughout the country has been significantly improved,but there are still problems such as weak participation awareness of farmers and insufficient depth of improvement.Only by fully addressing these issues can the achievements of rural living environment improvement in China be sustained.Based on a full definition and sorting of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of rural living environment,this article conducted on-site investigations of the rural living environment improvement in Huade County from four dimensions: main body of improvement,improvement area,improvement method,and improvement effect.Based on the theories of human habitation environment and collaborative governance,this article analyzed in depth the current realistic difficulties and inherent causes faced by the rural living environment improvement in Huade County.The analysis found that the current rural living environment improvement in Huade County has achieved certain results,and the production and living environment of rural residents have been improved.However,there is still a gap between the requirements of rural revitalization and ecological livability,and there are still problems such as weak participation awareness of farmers,insufficient integration of diverse forces,unreasonable village planning,difficulty in consolidating the results of improvement,and poor overall improvement effect.The main reasons for these problems include inadequate publicity and guidance work,an incomplete collaborative improvement system,the failure to form a planning-led concept,incomplete long-term management mechanisms for living environment improvement,and inadequate improvement guarantee forces.Based on the local situation,it is suggested that the local government increase the publicity and guidance of environmental improvement,build a collaborative governance system with one core and multiple elements,rationally and scientifically formulate rural planning,improve the long-term management mechanism for living environment improvement,and explore diversified funding and talent guarantee channels to enhance the effectiveness of rural living environment improvement.
