Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Renovation In Y Town

Improving the rural living environment is a necessary component of rural revitalization,which has great value in achieving these strategic goals and improving the basic welfare of many rural residents.In February 2018,relevant central institutions successively introduced macroeconomic measures to improve rural living environment,laying a solid foundation for improvement work and clarifying indicators and paths.The improvement of rural living environment is closely related to the actual needs of residents,as well as the improvement of China’s ecological civilization system.At present,the quality of life of local residents in some remote rural areas of our country is poor.Domestic waste can be seen everywhere in rural areas,and there are a large number of weeds on both sides of roads,resulting in a significant gap in the daily living standards of residents compared to cities.The living environment in rural areas cannot meet the needs of village residents.This exploration starts from Y Town,identifying the problems based on the situation and achievements of Y Town,understanding the causes of the problems,and proposing solutions.Firstly,through literature absorption,analysis,and comparison,a comprehensive understanding of the current research status and trends in improving rural living environment at home and abroad is gained;Subsequently,an overview of the basic situation of improving the living environment in rural areas of Y Town was summarized from the aspects of living environment,household waste production,infrastructure construction,etc.The existing problems mainly include unclear rectification goals,low efficiency of promotion work,lack of rectification funds,lack of villagers’ independent participation,and unclear responsibilities of rectification subjects;Then,using a comparative analysis method,summarize the progress achievements in improving rural living environment both domestically and internationally,and obtain inspiration based on their achievements;Finally,based on the actual situation,summarize the living environment from different perspectives such as laws and regulations.It is clearly pointed out that measures should be taken to improve institutional mechanisms,focus on diversified governance,and strengthen team building.
